Holiday Information

To receive your parcel by Christmas, please place orders by 11:59 PM PST on 12/15 and Arctic Zone will make every effort to ensure all eligible orders arrive on time. After this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

Due to high order volume during the peak holiday season, please allow additional time for order fulfillment and delivery. You will receive order status updates and tracking information via email. To check the status of your order, click here.

Delivery Timelines

Regular Business Periods

Please allow up to 3 business days for our warehouse team to process your order plus 2-5 business days for order delivery. Depending on volume, most orders received before 12:00pm PST (or 3:00pm EST) are shipped the same day they are received (excluding weekends).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and a shipment label is generated. Note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after it is picked up and scanned by the courier. To check the status of your order, click here.

Operational delays with our warehouse and courier partners may impact shipment processing and delivery times. We are working at full speed around the clock, and we promise that it will be worth the wait once you receive your order. Please note, estimated shipping times do not include unforeseen courier delays encountered during transit.

Depending on the address and products purchased, we use couriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver. Please refer to the map below for estimated shipping timelines based on your location.

Where does Arctic Zone Deliver?

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States, including American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes

We do not accept deliveries to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you do not enter a P.O. box for your delivery address. All orders placed with a P.O. box delivery address cannot be processed and will be automatically canceled and refunded.

International Shipping FAQ

• I do not live in the United States, can I still order?
• Unfortunately, we are not offering online delivery from arcticzone.com to countries outside of the contiguous United States.
• I bought my item from a retail store and do not live in the United States, is my item still covered by your Limited Lifetime Warranty?
