Oroton reserves the right to correct and make changes to the site at any time. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued and all prices are subject to change without notice. We encourage you to verify all information contained on the site before relying on it. All products are subject to availability. Oroton will endeavour to ensure all quantities displayed online are true and accurate, however, will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. In the event the product is found unavailable after placing the order, Oroton shall inform the customer by email as soon as possible with next steps. If an ordered product is unavailable, alternative products may be offered in exchange or a refund/store credit may be issued at the discretion of our Customer Care team. Colour and Imagery
Oroton endeavours to ensure that the colour and pattern of the images, photographs and graphic representation of products displayed on its Site are true to the original products. Variations may occur, notably due to the technical limitations of colour reproduction on the devices used. Individual
devices may vary in quality. Oroton disclaims liability for any non-substantial errors or inaccuracies of images, photographs or graphic representation of products appearing on the Site.

The Outlet Store and its sales or promotions are only available to send to an Australian and New Zealand address.
Discount Codes
Oroton will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Sales, Promotions, and promotional discounts will only be announced via Oroton authorised and internal marketing channels. Sales, promotions, and promotional discounts will not be honoured outside of specified sale periods. If a discount code is valid, it is your responsibility to apply the discount code to your order at checkout. Oroton is not obliged to apply a discount code once an order has been processed. In the event you have used a discount code on an Order that has been returned, the code is redundant and won’t be reissued.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards that are purchased online via the Site and in store are valid for 3 years and is non-refundable. Gift Cards can be used to purchase in-store and online.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Oroton disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards and expired Gift Cards.
Store Credits – Online
Store Credits that are issued online via the Website are valid for 12 months and are only able to be redeemed through our Website. If you have an Online Store Credit and it has passed the 12-month expiry, Oroton has the right to clear this from your account.
Store Credits – In Store
Store Credits that are issued via store are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed in our stores and online. These store credits are issued on a physical card. These are not refundable for cash and cannot be extended.
