Returns:
Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Lost or Stolen:
Physical Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Expiration:
Physical Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of issue (or 3 years from date of purchase for EGift Cards). Gift cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be available for use. Amendments to the NSW Fair Trading Act 1987 were passed by the NSW Parliament in October 2017 to be implemented on 31 March 2018. The amendments introduce a mandatory 3-year expiry date on gift cards and gift vouchers sold to consumers in NSW. We are pleased to announce that from 9 February 2018, all Oroton gift cards purchased will have a 3-year expiry date, irrespective of state of purchase. For more information please visit Fair Trading.
